Alana Ogurcak is a New York State licensed Massage Therapist and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professional Member.

Alana completed her undergraduate degree with Honors at the University of Rochester in 1999, before moving on to the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage to continue her interests in anatomy and holistic health care.  Upon completion of the 1000 hour program in 2002, she graduated valedictorian and earned her NYS license.  Since this time she has continued to enhance and refine her craft through post graduate education in orthopedic massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Sacred Stone massage and Belavi Facelift massage.

Each client will receive an individualized treatment program, with special consideration given to his/her unique history, needs and concerns.  To assist in this endeavor, please take the time to review and complete the First-time Client Health History form located on this website before coming to see Alana for the first time. 

Alana began her career at Tangles Hair Designers & Day Spa and was their massage therapist for nine and a half years.  In the fall of 2012 she opened up her own business, amo Massage Therapy, at Lake Breeze Wellness located in Irondequoit's River Harbor District at 960D Thomas Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617.
